"I’ve ordered from Ozsale a few times..."
I’ve ordered from Ozsale a few times now, and honestly... the prices are usually much cheaper than what I see in other stores. Delivery can take a little while sometimes, but for what you pay, I really can’t complain.

Shipping was fine and everything showed up okay, but I don’t know… the item just didn’t feel quite the same as the ones I’ve bought in-store before. I can’t say for sure that it’s not genuine, and maybe I’m overthinking it, but I had a strong feeling something was a bit off. The price was good though, so I’m kind of torn.

"The size gamble actually paid off"
Ordering clothes online always feels like stepping into a tiny fashion thriller, so I was definitely bracing myself a bit with Ozsale. Sizing can be a total mystery, but I checked the size guide, went with my usual size, and hoped for the best.

To my surprise, there was no dramatic wardrobe disaster waiting for me. Everything fit pretty much exactly how I expected, with no strange tight spots or massive oversized surprises. I’m really happy with it and would order again without spiralling over the sizing next time.

They did help me in the end, though it took a while to hear back, like, I was starting to wonder if I’d missed a message or something. Once they replied, it got sorted, so overall it was fine, just a bit slow.

I found what I was looking for quickly, the filters worked well, and checkout on my phone was simple enough. That said, there was a small issue along the way that really should’ve been acknowledged, so I’m still expecting an apology.

My order showed up in great condition, which I really appreciated. The box wasn’t crushed at all, and everything inside had plenty of padding around it. From my experience this time, ozsale did a solid job with the packaging, nothing was damaged, messy, or ripped when it arrived...

"Shipping Was Actually Fair"
Shipping costs are usually a total rip-off everywhere these days, so I was kind of surprised this one wasn’t bad. I ordered a couple of things from Ozsale and the postage still felt reasonable, which made the whole deal feel worth it. Delivery wasn’t super quick, but for what I paid, I really can’t complain.

I’ve been using Ozsale a handful of times now and most of the time the stock is there when I jumped on early. The only thing is sizes go fast, so if you wait too long you might miss out, and I was checking back a bit just in case.
I’m happy with what they have overall, just wish the popular bits don’t disappear so quick. Still, it’s a good site to browse and I usually find something worth looking at.

"Everything in my order was spot on"
I got my Ozsale order and everything was exactly right, the sizes, colours, and all the items I picked were there. Nothing was missing, which was a relief. It did take a little while to arrive, but when I checked in, support basically said something like, “It’s on the way and still within the delivery timeframe,” so I wasn’t too worried. Overall, the order itself was spot on and I’m happy with it

"I ordered a jacket and a pair of..."
I ordered a jacket and a pair of shoes, and I was kind of wondering if they’d actually look like the photos. But they showed up looking pretty much exactly the same, maybe even a little better in person. The quality seems solid for the price too—no loose threads, no weird smell or anything like that. I kept thinking I’d find some small issue, but so far I’m happy with everything.

I had to return a jacket, and it was painless. It took a few days, which is fine, but the refund came through without any issues. Support got back to me too, nothing amazing, but they replied and it was all okay.
